How does direct pay pet insurance work at the vet?
The clinic submits the claim at checkout and the insurer pays the clinic directly. The pet parent pays only their share, such as their co-pay and co-insurance, instead of the full bill.
Do pet parents pay a QuillsFlow fee?
No. Pet parents pay no QuillsFlow platform fee.
Do we have to replace our current PIMS?
No. You can keep your current PIMS and add QuillsFlow claims processing through our integration layer, or move to the full QuillsFlow PIMS.
What does the AI Confidence Engine check?
It reviews the documentation, imaging and treatment plan against the diagnosis and policy terms, then shows a risk score with a plain language reason before the claim is filed.
